1. Establish connections between South Alabama livestock producers and families wanting local, homegrown meats.

2. Help small South Alabama livestock producers secure regular, quality, local custom-exempt processing for their livestock

3. Partner with other small South Alabama livestock producers to market products to consumers, retailers, and wholesalers in our area, which strengthens the local meat supply chain

4. Educate South Alabama consumers on the value and quality of locally produced meat products
